Background

 

European policy of inclusion and efforts to increas e the number and quality of people participating in European professional mobility are

more and more focused on the target group of young and disadvantaged people in process of vocational education and training.

For many years all partners of "Easy Mobil" are working in the field of Leonardo da Vinci mobility. They are well experienced and unite with

each other now to exchange and bundlethese experiences to utilize it for the group of disadvanteged young people. Many experiences document that disadvanteged apprentices obtain rich new competences while participating in mobility experiences abroad.

 

But at the same time there exist great reservations to participate. It is our aim to promote mobility under the target group especially to Eastern and South -Eastern European countries. Our aims are:

 

1. to create a mobility - network among all partners focused on the purposes of thetarget group

 

2. to integrate young people from the target group into European mobility activities

 

3.to raise awareness among partners, involved parties, the public about the issue andto decrease reservations on th etarget group

 

4.to intensify co-operation between partner countries from the European Union

 

5.to promote mobility to countries from the Eastern and South - Eastern EuropeTarget groups Young people and adults in vocational education and

training...with impared learning abilitymostly due to multiple problems (structural and personal) and therefore with a low educational level ... living in difficult enviroment due to social conditions (low family income, educationally marginalised dehabituation from the labour market, experienced with violence, addiction, crime) migration and marginalized groups of population
